How long we keep information

We will retain your personal data for a period of 7 years following the end of our business relationship or last interaction, whichever is later. 

This retention period allows us to comply with our legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements. In certain circumstances, we may need to retain your data for longer periods where required by law or where your data is relevant to a legal claim. Once the applicable retention period expires, we will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with our data disposal procedures, unless we are legally required to retain it for a longer period.
